DEFINITIONS AND TERMS

For justified reasons, Seller reserves the right to change the amount of Goods and / or Services in the Order. For orders paid with the card, the amount will be returned on the same card used for trading, within 3-30 days from accepting the refund.

PAYMENT - INVOICE
Prices of Goods and Services displayed on www.jungheinrich-shop.ro do not include T.V.A. and will be invoiced with VAT at the rate of the Raiffeisen on the invoice date according to the legislation in force.
The price, payment method and payment term are specified in each order. The Seller will issue to the Buyer an invoice for the Goods and Services delivered, the Buyer's obligation being to provide all the information required to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force.
The Seller will provide the Buyer with the invoice relating to the Order containing Goods and / or Services sold by Jungheinrich Romania S.R.L. as well as for any other payments related to the Order, exclusively in electronic format, by adding the invoice to the Buyer's Account or by e-mail to the e-mail address mentioned By Buyer to his / her account.
In order to correctly communicate the invoice relating to the Order, the Buyer has the obligation to update his account data every time and to access the information and documents relating to each Order in the Account.
By this means of communication, the Purchaser, accessing his Account, will have a record of Jungheinrich Romania S.R.L.'s bills.
Payments can be made with your personal or company card, in complete security. Cards accepted for payment are those issued under the logos VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have code CVV2 / CVC2).
No additional transaction fees are charged.
Card data processing is done exclusively on PlatiOnline servers.
The security of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store the confidential data of your card, but sends it encrypted over a secure connection to the processor bank. This way your information is secure.
Regardless of the currency you have in your account, the transactions are made in lei, at the exchange rate of your bank.
