The equipment in the JUNGSTARS range is undergoing an industrial reconditioning process in the center of Dresden, one of the most modern in Europe. Established in 2006, the center in Dresden initially produced 1,600 equipments per year, but thanks to the investment and modernization program, the unit can now refurbish approximately 6,500 forklifts annually, in the future the possibility of increasing the number to 8,000.
Here, the machines lead a second life, becoming almost as good as the new ones, which means they meet the highest quality standards and correspond to a perfect technical and visual condition. We offer a 12-month warranty for both the machine and the battery. In addition, we guarantee the availability of spare parts throughout the life of the equipment. Another advantage is the almost immediate availability of the equipment, the buyer having 60,000 used machines available in more than 600 different versions.
The process of reconditioning used machines corresponds to a procedure in 6 different steps, identical for all models of machines. During the entire process, each step is followed by a thorough quality control. Thus, nothing is out of sight and this ensures the highest level of safety and reliability in the smallest details. The six steps include a preliminary inspection that determines the condition of the machine, disassembly and cleaning of the equipment, refurbishment, surface treatment, reassembly and final inspection, the equipment undergoing a nominal load test.
